Angela
Owner / Master Stylist

Angela is the owner and mastermind behind Payton Place. She has styled all the way from Nashville to LA but has been passionately creating beautiful, sexy hair for over 20 years here in Central Arkansas. She is a master at analyzing your hair, face, skin and body and coming up with the look that is perfect just for you!

She has worked in Nashville's music industry creating amazing images for music artists. She has credits for hair and makeup in People Magazine. On numerous occasions - along side her team - she's done the hair, makeup and wardrobe for our own American Idol family. And if that weren't enough, she still finds the time to make Payton Place Salon one of the top 200 fastest growing salons in America!

If you love change and a stylist that listens to you, then she is the stylist for you! She constantly seeks evolution and growth as a person and stylist, and it shows in everything she does from hair to business. She truly loves bringing out the beauty that is in all of us. When asked what her favorite part of the business is, she says, "The smiles I get to see everyday! I get to help make people feel good for a living. That's pretty cool!"

 

 

 

Keith
Owner / Guest Relations / Fix-it Man

Keith is not only Angela's husband, but her support and right-hand man at Payton Place. Keith ensures the salon has the most up-to-date technology, including software and hardware, specialized lighting for colorists and blow dryers that hang from the ceiling. He researched and implemented the software that allows us to send you confirmations via text messaging and email. It also gives you an easy way to refer your friends, give us feedback, request appointments, follow us on Facebook and and a whole lot more. We're the first salon in the nation to offer it! We've become one of top 1% most searched businesses in America on Google because of this technology. Keith continually helps Payton Place grow and evolve by staying on top of the ever-changing technological trends.

 

 

 

Alicia
Senior Stylist

Alicia is one of our senior stylists. She enjoys working at Payton Place because she is provided the tools to help a stylist grow. She is known for listening to her guests and giving them exactly what they want. She gives her undivided attention to each and every guest.

Alicia loves to make her guests feel wonderful, and to make the service a personal experience. Her goal is to make every guest feel beautiful and relaxed.

 

 

 

 

Marilee
Stylist

Marilee joined the Glam Squad at Payton Place in 2008, shortly after graduating from the Salon Professional Academy, where she graduated with flying colors! She mentored under salon owner, Angela Justice, for the past two years. This gave her a solid foundation on which to build.

She is experienced with both technical cutting and providing her guests with meticulous color and highlighting to enhance their cut. Marilee has a warm, free spirit and a genuine love of life that we seek here at Payton Place. There is no doubt in her mind that she is doing everything she is passionate about...making people feel beautiful everyday!

 

 

 

Janjira
Stylist

Janjira joined the Payton Place team in 2008 after graduating from the Salon Professional Academy where she graduated top of her class! She mentored under salon owner, Angela Justice, as well.

Her goal as a stylist is to help her guests look and feel their best when they leave. She helps guests identify what works for their hair texture, face shape and lifestyle. The continuing education and training have been an incredible opportunity for her to learn and grow.

 

 

 

 

 

Samantha
Stylist / Image Consultant

Samantha has been mentoring with our senior stylists over the past year and a half while building her own book as well. She says she has learned a lot by working with such a talented team of stylists with like-minded goals.

She strives to be the best at what she does and believes she is in the most optimal culture to learn and grow. The continuing education offered by Payton Place is equipping her for a promising future as a stylist and image consultant.

 

 

 

 

Neil
Salon Coordinator

Neil is a recent and very welcome addition to the Payton Place staff as our salon coordinator. He's also currently attending Imagine, a Paul Mitchell Partner School. Neil greets our guests and makes them feel welcome. He offers the perfect combination of warmth and fabulous customer service you've come to expect at Payton Place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alicia
Stylist

Stylist
